Mobile senior fitness sets a higher standard in personal training. Most trainers only have the education, skills, and confidence to work with younger clientele. I have over two decades of experience in the physical therapy and fitness world and have helped those from the healthy and fit, to complex neurological disorders, to helping the frail improve balance and strength. For some time now, I've spent extra time, education, and focus and now I specialize in those over aged 60 as well as any age in my post rehab specialty.
I come to your home, on your schedule to help make your goals the most comfortable and positive experience without the intimidation and time commitment of driving and walking into a gym. Be comfortable while you improve your health, strength, confidence, and image while blasting away your self doubts! Since your safety is my first priority, I’m able to take SpO2, heart rate, and blood pressure measurements as well if needed and requested by your medical provider. In case you are curious, I'm double vaccinated and boosted against Covid-19 and I'm happy to wear a mask in your home if that makes you more comfortable! Join the growing list of those over age 60 who are actively demonstrating that a change in mindset and movement can improve your quality of life and INCREASE your INDEPENDENCE and quality of life! Most limitations are in our mind and many physical limitations can be improved upon with a good strategy, some hard work, time, and with very little equipment. I can help guide you with some of the following questions... *What do you want to do in life? *What are your motivators? *What journeys would you like to experience? *Where do you want to travel to? |

![]() Balance Training
I’m one of the only personal trainers in the state who specializes in helping improve balance and helping decrease fear of falling in the 60+ population. Did you know that in the USA: - 1/3 of those over age 65 fall each year. - Roughly 25% of those who do fall suffer moderate to severe injuries. - About 10% of these falls require hospitalization. - ~40% of nursing home admissions are related to falls. |
![]() Parkinson’s Disease
I’m one of the only personal trainers in the state who has the experience and skill to work effectively with Parkinson’s disease exercise programming after discharge from Physical Therapy. Proper exercise programming is so incredibly beneficial for PD! |
![]() Post Rehab Programs
Are you finishing up with Physical Therapy for an injury/illness? Let's continue your journey to full capacity after you've been discharged from Physical Therapy! I'm comfortable with most orthopedic, neuro, and cardio post rehab programming. |
PLEASE NOTE!
This is NOT a Physical Therapy practice! If you need medical attention, you must first be seen by a medical provider and cleared for exercise by your medical provider. This could also mean your medical provider recommends Physical Therapy which I do not do. There are many wonderful Physical Therapy clinics in the Albuquerque and East Mountain area from outpatient, to rehabilitation hospitals, to skilled nursing, to home health physical therapy! Once you are cleared and/or discharged from Physical Therapy, then we could re-visit sessions with me. Once again, mobile PERSONAL TRAINING visits ONLY! I will not hesitate to refer you out to a Physical Therapy clinic if your needs are beyond personal training.
Please reach out if you are a Physical Therapy clinic as I'm always looking for good PT clinics to refer my clients, family, and friends to that are close to their home. Also, if you are a PT clinic and would like to chat about cross referrals, please reach out. I think we should all help each other out!
