Helping Older Adults Stay Active & Independent for Nearly 30 Years
As we get older, it's often the little things that begin to feel harder.
-
Walking confidently
-
Getting up from a chair
-
Climbing stairs
-
Carrying groceries
-
Keeping up with family
-
Enjoying everyday activities without worrying about losing your balance
These everyday moments are what help us stay active, independent, and connected to the people and activities we enjoy.
My goal is simple: help you continue doing those things for as long as possible.

Meet Ryan Crandall, BS, PTA
For nearly 30 years, I've helped older adults improve strength,
balance, mobility, and confidence so they can continue doing the
things that matter most in everyday life.
My background includes a Bachelor of Science degree with a
foundation in Biology and Psychology, followed by my Physical
Therapist Assistant degree from the College of St. Catherine.
Combined with decades of experience working with older adults,
this education helps me understand both the physical and human
side of movement, aging, and independence.
My approach is simple: create practical, individualized strength and
mobility programs focused on the movements that matter most in
everyday life—not just exercise for the sake of exercise.
Many clients contact me after completing physical therapy and want
to continue making progress. Others simply want to become stronger,
move with greater confidence, and stay active before everyday challenges
become more difficult.
My goal is to help you maintain your independence and continue enjoying the activities and lifestyle you've worked hard to build.

2 of my Latest Testimonials
"I had broken my hip and it dislocated 3 times. I had 5 surgeries and was out of commission for 2 years. I did P.T. and was discharged but I had a long way to go. I called Ryan and it was the best decision I ever made.
When I first met Ryan, I was in a dark place physically and psychologically. I felt like I would never get better and had lost hope of living a normal lifestyle. From day one, Ryan came in with a such a positive outlook that it was contagious. We started slowly but in the time I’ve been working with him, I have improved to the point where I am able to live a normal lifestyle. My outlook greatly improved, as well.
Ryan truly changed my life and I will always owe him a debt of gratitude."

As a physical therapist who works in the East Mountains, I have found Mobile Senior Fitness to be a fantastic adjunct to the care provided in therapy. I have referred several patients to Ryan Crandall over the last few years, and without failure, each of them that has worked with him has found the services he provides to be very beneficial. Ryan has provided a way for them to continue to improve their strength, balance, and endurance while working in the security of their own home environment after outpatient therapy is no longer needed. There have even been times when we work with clients concurrently.
I worked with Ryan in the outpatient therapy setting before he went out on his own, and was always excited to see his creativity in working with patients/clients. He is caring and compassionate, while at the same time making you work to your full potential. He is able to make exercise more enjoyable, and is excellent at working with people at whatever level they are physically. I feel very confident in recommending Mobile Senior Fitness to anyone who wants to remain living in their own home and community safely and as independently as possible as they reach those "golden years"."
