A Higher Standard in Senior Fitness

Mobile Senior Fitness focuses exclusively on adults over 70—providing a level of experience and attention not typically found in general fitness programs.

With over 25 years in physical therapy and fitness, I’ve worked with individuals ranging from active older adults to those managing complex neurological and age-related challenges.

My focus is helping you:

  • Build strength and improve mobility

  • Feel more steady and confident in daily movement

  • Maintain independence for as long as possible

  • Work toward meaningful, personal goals

All sessions are provided in your home, in a familiar and comfortable environment—eliminating the stress and inconvenience of going to a gym.

I’m known for being attentive, clear in communication, dependable, and consistently punctual. I also work closely with local physical therapists and medical providers, with optional monitoring of heart rate, SpO₂, and blood pressure when appropriate.

You’re capable of more than you think—and it’s not too late to get stronger.

TESTIMONIAL
"I had broken my hip and it dislocated 3 times. I had 5 surgeries and was out of commission for 2 years. I did P.T. and was discharged but I had a long way to go.  I called Ryan and it was the best decision I ever made.
When I first met Ryan, I was in a dark place physically and psychologically.  I felt like I would never get better and had lost hope of living a normal lifestyle.  From day one, Ryan came in with a such a positive outlook that it was contagious.  We started slowly but in the time I’ve been working with him, I have improved to the point where I am able to live a normal lifestyle.  My outlook greatly improved, as well.
Ryan truly changed my life and I will always owe him a debt of gratitude."

Ryan is a highly knowledgeable trainer with a supportive coaching style. He helped me get stronger at a time that I greatly needed help. Working with Ryan put me on a path of strength training and the result has been excellent. Ryan’s commitment to safety and proper form was the ideal combination for me!”

As a physical therapist who works in the East Mountains, I have found Mobile Senior Fitness to be a fantastic adjunct to the care provided in therapy. I have referred several patients to Ryan Crandall over the last few years, and without failure, each of them that has worked with him has found the services he provides to be very beneficial.  Ryan has provided a way for them to continue to improve their strength, balance, and endurance while working in the security of their own home environment after outpatient therapy is no longer needed. There have even been times when we work with clients concurrently.

I worked with Ryan in the outpatient therapy setting before he went out on his own, and was always excited to see his creativity in working with patients/clients. He is caring and compassionate, while at the same time making you work to your full potential. He is able to make exercise more enjoyable, and is excellent at working with people at whatever level they are physically. I feel very confident in recommending Mobile Senior Fitness to anyone who wants to remain living in their own home and community safely and as independently as possible as they reach those "golden years"."
