Worried About an Aging Parent

Who Lives Alone?

Professional Mobility Consultation — Parent Strength & Balance Assessment (Launching Soon)

If you live out of town — or are balancing your own family and career — you may quietly wonder how your parents are truly doing:

  • Are they staying active?

  • Are they getting weaker?

  • Are subtle changes being missed?

You want them to remain independent — but you also want clarity and peace of mind.

Professional Oversight — Not Guesswork

The Professional Mobility Consultation is a structured, in-home assessment designed to provide insight into your parent’s movement, balance, and strength.

I provide safe, trainer-guided support for older adults (typically 70–85+ years) who want to maintain independence and confidence.

With over 25 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant and Certified Personal Trainer, my focus is:

  • Lower body strength for everyday tasks

  • Safe mobility for confident movement

  • Balance skills to support confidence and reactive movement

  • Recognize and reduce fall risks in everyday activities

  • Exercises and guidance tailored to daily life

This is not physical therapy and it is not high-intensity training.

It is proactive, professionally informed support designed to help your parent stay independent and confident.

How It Works

1. Comprehensive In-Home Assessment

  • Health and mobility discussion

  • Review of daily activities and goals

  • Structured assessment of strength, balance, and mobility

2. Clear Professional Recommendations

  • Identify current functional strengths

  • Highlight areas that could benefit from improvement

  • Practical guidance to maintain independence and safety

  • Written summary that can be shared with family members

3. Ongoing In-Home Support (Limited Availability)

  • Follow-up sessions may be scheduled to maintain strength, balance, and mobility

  • Availability is limited — additional sessions are scheduled as time allows

  • Exercises remain safe, practical, and tailored to everyday life

The core 90-minute assessment is the guaranteed service; additional support is optional and based on schedule availability.
