     Mobile Senior Fitness sets a higher standard in personal training by focusing exclusively on clients over 60. Unlike most trainers who cater primarily to younger populations, I bring over 25 years of experience in physical therapy and fitness—helping individuals ranging from healthy and active to those with complex neurological and age-related challenges.

 

     My passion is working with older adults who want to improve their quality of life, regain independence, reduce fear of falls, and even achieve goals they once thought impossible. This generation is often highly motivated, and I truly value the opportunity to learn from and grow with them.

     I provide in-home concierge style personal training tailored to your goals—in a familiar, comfortable setting without the stress of a gym. I’m known for being a great listener, clear communicator, dependable, and always punctual. I work closely and receive referrals from several local physical therapists and prioritize your safety with optional monitoring of heart rate, SpO2, and blood pressure if desired.

     Let’s work together to increase your strength, confidence, and mobility while challenging self-imposed limitations. With the right approach and a little effort, meaningful change is possible—at any age. Your bucket list is doable!
