     My service is specifically designed for adults aged 60 and over, whether you're living with health conditions or not. While many in this age group experience challenges like reduced balance, strength, or mobility—and some may even be wheelchair- or bed-bound—every individual is unique, and so is my approach.

Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide spectrum of clients:

  • Active seniors in their 70s aiming to return to hiking or skiing

  • Frail individuals on hospice care using gentle movement to find comfort and dignity in the final stages of life
