     Ryan is a seasoned Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and Personal Trainer with a strong academic foundation in Physical Therapy (College of St. Catherine, 1998), Biology, and Psychology (B.S., Minnesota State University). With over 25 years of experience, he is passionate about helping people move with less pain while improving strength, balance, mobility, and confidence.

     Specializing in adults aged 60 and over, Ryan offers expertise in fall prevention, post-rehab fitness, active aging, and functional movement. He holds certifications as a Functional Aging Specialist, Brain Health Trainer, and Fall Prevention Specialist, and is a Fellow of Applied Functional Science through the renowned Gray Institute.

     He is also the creator of 3D Yoga, a unique, multi-directional movement approach to yoga that enhances mobility and function across all planes of motion. As an educator and author, Ryan continues to share his innovative approach to aging and fitness.

​

     Ryan currently works part-time at the Santo Domingo Health Clinic as a PTA and dedicates the rest of his time to in-home personal training and post-rehab fitness for older adults in the Albuquerque area. Known for his professionalism, patience, and strong communication skills, Ryan builds trusted relationships with his clients and is dedicated to helping them move better, feel better, and live more fully.
