I provide in-home strength and balance training for adults age 70 and older in Northeast Albuquerque and nearby communities.

The goal is simple:  help older adults stay strong, steady, and independent in their own homes.

Many people notice changes in strength, balance, and confidence as they age. Everyday tasks like stairs, curbs, getting up from a chair, or walking longer distances can start to feel more difficult.

With the right training approach, these abilities can often improve significantly.

That’s where Mobile Senior Fitness comes in.

Training sessions take place in the comfort and safety of your home, using simple and effective exercises designed to improve:

• Strength

• Balance

• Mobility

• Walking confidence

• Everyday functional movements

Programs are always individualized and adjusted based on each client’s goals, health history, and comfort level.

Experience You Can Trust

Ryan Crandall has more than 25 years of experience in fitness and movement training and is also a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). His background working in healthcare provides a deeper understanding of common orthopedic, neurological, and age-related challenges.

This experience allows him to work safely and effectively with older adults who may have:

• Joint replacements

• Balance concerns

• Neurological conditions

• Recent physical therapy discharge

• General loss of strength & conditioning

While Mobile Senior Fitness is not physical therapy, the training approach is informed by clinical experience and focused on practical, real-world movement.

A Higher Standard for Senior Fitness

Unlike general personal training, Mobile Senior Fitness focuses exclusively on adults age 70 and older. Every exercise and progression is designed with aging bodies in mind.

The objective is not just exercise — it’s helping clients move better, feel stronger, and maintain independence for as long as possible.

Because ultimately, the goal is simple:

Stay strong. Stay steady. Stay independent.

**In home senior fitness within Northeast Albuquerque and nearby areas (limited travel radius).**

Important Note: When I work with clients in their homes, I am operating solely as a personal trainer and movement coach—not as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. If a concern arises that falls outside my scope of practice, I will refer you to a qualified Physical Therapist or healthcare provider.
