Mobile Senior Fitness

Meet Ryan
For nearly 30 years, I've helped older adults improve strength, balance, mobility, and confidence so they can continue doing the things that matter most.
Whether it's climbing stairs, getting up from a chair, carrying groceries, walking farther, or simply feeling steadier around the house, my goal is to help make everyday life easier.
I provide personalized, one-on-one strength, balance, and mobility coaching for adults age 70 and older throughout Northeast Albuquerque and nearby communities—all in the comfort of your own home.
No crowded gyms. No confusing equipment. Just practical coaching designed around your goals, your abilities, and your lifestyle.
Personalized Coaching for Real Life
As we get older, changes in strength, balance, mobility, and confidence can make everyday activities more challenging. The good news is that these abilities can often improve with the right exercise and consistent guidance.
Every coaching program is personalized and progresses at a pace that feels safe, comfortable, and appropriate for you. My focus isn't simply helping you exercise—it's helping you move with greater confidence in everyday life.
Support for Families
Many of my clients are referred by an adult son or daughter who wants to help a parent remain active, independent, and living safely at home.
Families often tell me they notice improvements not only in strength and balance, but also in confidence, energy, and the willingness to stay active. My goal is to give families peace of mind knowing their loved one is working with someone who understands the unique needs of older adults.
Experience You Can Trust
My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree with studies in Biology and Psychology, followed by my Physical Therapist Assistant degree from the College of St. Catherine. Combined with nearly 30 years of experience working with older adults, this foundation has shaped a practical, individualized approach focused on helping people move safely and confidently.
Many clients come to me after completing physical therapy and want to continue making progress. Others simply want to become stronger, improve their balance, and maintain their independence before everyday activities become more difficult.
Although Mobile Senior Fitness is not physical therapy, my healthcare background helps me adapt exercise programs for older adults with a wide range of abilities and health histories.
A Different Approach to Senior Fitness
Unlike many personal trainers who work with clients of all ages, Mobile Senior Fitness focuses exclusively on older adults.
Every coaching session is built around improving the movements people rely on every day—not simply completing workouts or lifting heavier weights.
The goal is simple:
-
Build strength
-
Improve balance
-
Increase confidence
-
Make everyday activities easier
-
Help you remain active and independent for as long as possible
-
Because in the end, that's what matters most.
Stay Strong. Stay Independent. Stay In Your Home.
