Testimonials

"As a physical therapist who works in the East Mountains, I have found Mobile Senior Fitness to be a fantastic adjunct to the care provided in therapy. I have referred several patients to Ryan Crandall over the last few years, and without failure, each of them that has worked with him has found the services he provides to be very beneficial.  Ryan has provided a way for them to continue to improve their strength, balance, and endurance while working in the security of their own home environment after outpatient therapy is no longer needed. There have even been times when we work with clients concurrently.

I worked with Ryan in the outpatient therapy setting before he went out on his own, and was always excited to see his creativity in working with patients/clients. He is caring and compassionate, while at the same time making you work to your full potential. He is able to make exercise more enjoyable, and is excellent at working with people at whatever level they are physically. I feel very confident in recommending Mobile Senior Fitness to anyone who wants to remain living in their own home and community safely and as independently as possible as they reach those "golden years"."

"I'm a 75 year old male having gone legally blind 3 years ago. Ryan's exercise routine has been very helpful in getting me back on my feet, including a focus on balance and strength exercises. I have benefited from Ryan's easy going, helpful nature and highly recommend him to others, especially those that are house bound."

"I had broken my hip and it dislocated 3 times. I had five surgeries and was out of commission for a good 2 years. I did physical therapy and was discharged but I had a long way to go.  I called Ryan and it was the best decision I ever made.  When I first met Ryan, I was in a dark place physically and psychologically.  I felt like I would never get better and had lost hope of living a normal lifestyle.  From day one, Ryan came in with a such a positive outlook that it was contagious.  We started slowly but in the time I’ve been working with him, I have improved to the point where I am able to live a normal lifestyle.  My outlook greatly improved, as well.  Ryan truly changed my life and I will always owe him a debt of gratitude."
-Alison L. Arias

Ryan is a very good teacher. He demonstrates new exercises carefully and slowly makes them more challenging. He is patient and makes sure I have done each exercise correctly. I feel my balance has improved, as well as my strength."

"When I turned 70 a year ago, I realized that while I was in good health and weight, and fairly active (avid hiker), I certainly needed to greatly improve my overall strength, balance, mobility, and body conditioning, as I continue to "chronologically advance"! I went on a search and thankfully found Ryan Crandall...a trained physical therapist asst. who specializes in working with seniors! We have been working together for a year now, and I am much stronger, have better balance, and continue to progress! Ryan is very knowledgeable, is patient and encouraging, but also presses me to tackle more strenuous work that he knows I am capable of. I am looking forward to another year of progress working with Ryan!"
--Karen Stone, a very appreciative and happy client.

He is conscious of her overall physical condition, appropriately sharing concerns and observations with her family and care team. We are grateful for his active participation in the team that cares for my mom❤️.”

"My husband and I (both 78 years old) enjoy working with Ryan on balance and strength very much. We like the way he varies his sessions so that the time spent with him always seems new and interesting. He also is so good at encouraging us and at helping us enjoy every success. We feel as if we've made a new friend and his visits seem more like a friend dropping in to see us rather than someone here just to put us through a series of routine "exercises"! Our balance and strength and mobility have definitely improved since we started working with him."
--Karen and Gary Boettcher (Referred from East Mountain Physical Therapy

"Ryan is such a excellent trainer! He demonstrates well and encourages. He is a great teacher. He tells you to push the edge but is caring and calm while complimenting each success. I feel improvement from his sessions. I was able to go to Hawaii because he was able to get me to walk better. I can now walk with a cane and cane even drive increasing my independence. Thank you! I look forward to more sessions."

-Judy J.

"I would highly recommend Ryan as a personal trainer and therapist. He is very knowledgable, soft spoken, and easy going. He came to my home equipped with all the equipment we needed for the session. He doesn't push harsh like some trainers do but he does encourage you instead. Finally, I really like his professional attitude and that is a missing element often in our fast paced and money driven society."

"I am an 81 year old retired engineer still living in the house I had built 42 years ago. I am a widower now living alone, but close to a good walking park where I try to do three miles walking in under an hour five or six days a week. My older son is a mountain climber, keeps himself in good shape, and wants to help me do the same. He found Ryan Crandall (on line?) who came to my house to give me balance exercises. I was shocked at how difficult it had become to stand and balance on one leg, but he recognized what was going on and subscribed specific exercises to help me out. Since my memory is not that good, I used my new iPhone to take movies of him demonstrating the different routines, as well as printing descriptions of each routine to remember the details more or less correctly. This greatly facilitated repeating the various routines by myself between visits.

Current public news about brain and body function has held my interest, and I conclude that these balance exercises not only stimulate brain growth in the balance area, but must of necessity increase the neural pathways all of the way down to the leg muscles, as well as the back, hip and arm muscles as you try to shift your center of mass fast enough to maintain your balance. Equally important, the sensory nerves in the bottom of my feet, which were clearly not being challenged, were now asked to help my ears and my eyes to determine when I was not balanced. Of course this in turn stimulates all of the sensory nerves in all of my joints and back all the way back to my poor brain. Ryan says that with enough of these exercises, I will be able to do these with my eyes closed, and I believe him! It is possible that balancing occupies more of the brain than conscious thinking does, so balancing is not a small thing. Luckily, I do not have arthritis. In the past however, when not exercising regularly, I have had very odd aches and pains. I am convinced that the human body was designed to move a lot, and that it will take another 100,000 years before we can be couch potatoes and live a long and healthy life.

Finally, the consequences of a bad fall can be deadly. I understand keeping your bone density (which is easily measured) adequate can prevent broken hips. I have heard that when a person thinks they fell and broke a hip, it was actually the hip that broke first, and caused the fall. It has been said that once you break a hip, the average life span is only one year, but this data needs to be confirmed. Replacing hips before they break (often done because of joint pain) may be the norm.
So now I am enjoying much better balance and less tripping, and the exercises Ryan Crandall gave me are clearly getting easier.

"Ryan provided several in-home training sessions for my dad (81y/o) and the results were fantastic. Ryan customized the training to my dad's needs and interests, with a heavy emphasis on functional strength and balance. Maybe the best part was Ryan's enthusiasm for sharing the "why" behind his exercise prescriptions. My dad is a retired engineer, and really looked forward to the sessions and their chats about things like neuroplasticity and the way balance work can not only bolster the "balance" parts of the brain, but may actually benefit other brain function as well. My dad still does his balancing exercises in addition to his brisk park walks, and he's in great shape mentally and physically for his age. Ryan's friendly, engaging and highly-informed coaching has been no small part of his continues health."
--Steve Arlowe

"I have to say Ryan Crandall has searched and studied from the best in the business. I'm a 15 year personal trainer and I would recommend very very few personal trainers to a stranger. However, I would recommend Ryan to my mother. But unfortunately she lives in a different place."
--D.R. Las Vegas

"Hey Ryan, I really love what you do! You inspired me to do my yoga qualification, to then create functional yoga classes for my clients! I would love to do more tai chi as well! I loved the calmness of the balance video, it really did give me that feeling of meditation! I also purchased the 3 dollar offer, so will be trying different videos every day. I really like your cool way of teaching, it makes it light hearted and fun! Thank you for being awesome!"
--Aimmie

"Ryan Crandall is an excellent presenter, lecturer, and instructor. At the Professional Fitness Institute in Las Vegas Nevada, I have observed him take a complex subject such as the functional anatomy and kinesiology of the lower extremity and make easily accessible and understandable to his students. I have also personally taken his yoga class and thoroughly enjoyed it. I would definitely take his yoga class again and again."
--Dr. Mitchell S. Simon, D.C.

"My name is Kristie Mc Whorter, and I'm the Director of Fitness at Sun CIty Summerlin Community Association in Las Vegas, Nevada. I'm writing on behalf of Ryan Crandall who has worked for me since November of 2008 as a yoga instructor for our senior community. Ryan is an extraordinary yoga instructor whose yoga class are amongst the most popular and better attended fitness classes that we have. His classes are dynamic and he continues to progress his students deeper into their yoga practice. Ryan is an engaging instructor who is able to keep his students focused during class and returning every week. I continually receive positive comments about Ryan's classes and his instruction. His yoga students have had significant improvements in flexibility, strength, and well being. Ryan's experience and education with the Gray Institute and YogaFit has proven to be a great asset for him. Ryan's vast background of fitness experience gives him an edge in working with seniors and all of their accompanying health concerns and issues. I highly recommend Ryan Crandall as a yoga instructor and fitness professional. He is an exceptional instructor and employee."

"I contacted Ryan 4 years ago to work with my son to help him get into an exercise program to help him with sports. I have worked with trainers in the past and found them to treat every individual the same. The same workout for everyone even if you are 50 or 17 years old. They would put me on diets that were the same for everyone or ones that worked for them, but I never felt like the diet was personalized to my needs. I watched Ryan work with my son for about 4 months. He personalized his workout and changed it according to my son’s needs. He talked with him about eating healthy and exercising consistently. I knew Ryan was different from the other trainers I had worked with in the past. I then decided I could use his help. I started working with Ryan and he totally changed my eating, exercise routine to more than just a workout that everyone was doing. He listened to me and my problem areas. He took those into account. Every workout was different and unique to my needs. He is truly an exceptional trainer and will be missed. Also, he encouraged my son to do what I was not able to do for him. Ryan is so knowledgeable about the human body and how it works. He was able to explain healthy eating and provide an exercise program for my son. I saw a total transformation in my son & will be forever grateful to him for instilling the importance of healthy eating and exercise in his life. I''ll miss you Ryan."
--Lynne L.

He jump started me into a new way of life and I am grateful to have the fortune of training with Ryan. He set an exercise path for me and now I live a healthy/balanced life. You will get results"
--Chantal Seeley

"Hey Ryan, I just wanted to tell you about the impact you had on me way back at the the PFI boot a year ago. The information you presented help me to realize, that mobility is Fundamental (dare I say the king) to every thing I do. I've been working my ass off at it for a year and now I'm stronger, more flexible, more agile, recover quickly, and most importantly much more resistant to injury. To top it off my clients also receive all these same benefits. Any ways, thanks for the inspiration man." - --Daniel Miller

"Thank you, Ryan so much for taking such a personal interest in our health and keeping our bodies limber. I have had a lot of Yoga instructors throughout my life, but you are the best! My body has benefited under your instruction. I have hiked for the last 6 years and I have noticed an improvement on the trails in climbing and scampering over the boulders since I've attended your Yoga classes! I will miss you"!
--Diane K.

Ryan, Thank you for showing us how to stay fit and trim. Keep teaching!! You have a special technique!

"My experience training with Ryan has been nothing short of life altering. Not only does he help yourself to make the change to a healthier body but a happier and healthier lifestyle as well. His approach to fitness is what I have found to be the best. Immediately after working with Ryan I felt better about my health from both the exercises and knowledge I learned from just one session".
--Adam Lerner

"I found Ryan because my husband's back was continuously bothering him from his long hours of work. Our chiropractor suggested getting into yoga because what they were doing was short term help but he needed something that was consistant in his life that he could do on a regular basis. Yoga made him picture crazy chanting, extremely wierd poses he'd never be able to do, etc. So I started taking different classes with different teachers and found Ryan. His classes include Yoga but have a twist to include movements physical therapists use to help even more, he introduces Yoga to the average person on a much friendly and approachable level. I loved his class and so did my husband who has now passed me by in all aspects, he never complains about his back unless he doesn't take class for a while. (He has also helped us to enjoy other styles of Yoga because we don't feel as intimidated any longer.)

Having seen the advantages of injury prevention and body health from his classes I thought it would be a great idea to introduce his methods to my dance studio. I wanted my dancers to see their full range of motion and learn to build their strength and flexibility in more ways. Dancers need to learn limitations but also need to know correct ways of movements and build stength in all areas of the body to perform to their full potential. As dancers we sometimes get in the bad habits of only concentrating on certain muscles to gain flexibility and forget about their counter parts, he makes sure to visit every muscle group in your body within the hour or two he works with you. I also like that he built the class to the dancers, he took time to study how dancers moved and what key areas to focus on to gain the best results. Ryan does his research and continues to do it, as a dance teacher I was taught and told many things to become a better dancer not always understanding why buy knowing if I did it I became better. Now I understand the "why" I always had tucked in the back of my brain! His knowledge of the human body is impressive. Thanks Ryan for all you have done for my husband, my dancers and me, you will be missed in Vegas"!

I have worked with Ryan for 2.5 years I have gone from a size 24 to a 10-8 he knows what he is doing. More so he cares about the people he is working with.

"Although I am a work in progress, Ryan has helped me lose and keep off 60+ pounds. I could not do a push-up or hike a hundred yards when I started working with him. Now I take hikes with 1700 foot elevation gains, mountain bike for 12 -15 miles at a time, and benefit from higher lean body mass, lower blood pressure, and lower blood sugar. He brings things to a workout that I read about in the magazines 4 months later. He's the best, and always on the cutting edge of new fitness theory. Give him a try".
--J.G.

"One of the first things that anyone who meets Ryan wants to say, is that he is quite possibly the nicest most caring individual you could ever have the opportunity to spend time with. Ryan’s sincere and genuine care of his fellow man and his client’s is obvious. He is passionate about his field and uses that passion to help individuals optimize their bodies and health through innovative training. His sole focus is the individual and growing your strength and abilities, while inspiring you to try things you never thought of doing. Where it is absolutely true that Ryan was a great personal trainer on a physical level, most personal trainers are. What is so wonderful and unique about him, is that spending two to three days a week with him was also a pleasure. When you spend nearly three years with someone you need to sincerely like them and respect them as a person. Ryan is that guy!!!

Though he is leaving Las Vegas, there is no doubt he will not take long to develop a following and long client list of the cream of the crop in his new destination. Thank you Ryan for making me a stronger person, and inspiring me to know I can do more".
--Warm regards, Marla R. Letizia, CEO

Thank You Ryan!!
"I went on a 3 week vacation (two of those in Las Vegas) to "get back on track" with a fitness program and to get in the right mental frame for going back to school after age 50 yikes. I live in Canada and didn't have a clue who to hire so I just searched on line for a trainer when I got to Vegas and I was very fortunate to find the perfect one for me. It was wonderful to workout outside on the patio with the mountains and golf course behind us (my brother's home), it was a beautiful setting and Ryan was incredibly encouraging and calm, no overly hyped up boot camp approach. I'm back in Canada now and after only two weeks of working out 3 times a week (plus my own walking, stretching and icing joints that Ryan recommended) I have so much more energy and stamina, clothes are looser and I have a better and clearer mental attitude to boot".
--Kathleen Nelson

"I wore my 2-inch heels to work today and I feel like I am already walking 100 times better!! Also - wanted to let you know several people have commented on how much better I seem to be walking!! I cannot tell you how much you have helped! I was going to give your name/contact info to my prosthetist as I'm sure she has other patients that could use your help!! Thanks again - I will stay in touch."

"Ryan, too often it seems that professionalism, good service and commitment to the client goes unmentioned, while the negative seems to receive all the attention.I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your professionalism, knowledge and commitment to the client as a Professional Trainer and Therapist. I am throughly convinced that you are responsible for my wife's recovery after she fractured her pelvis. Your one-on-one "hands on" personal sessions, knowledge and sincere concern has made my wife's recovery remarkable. I wish you continued success and we thank you."
--Bob McDonald

"I have worked with Ryan for about a year. From the beginning, Ryan struck me as an intelligent trainer that knows about the way the body works and has the ability to tailor a work out regimen based on your needs. Ryan is patient and willing to help people who deal with chronic pain. He is very particular and careful, making sure he doesn't create more pain and damage. I deal with chronic pain and Ryan continually encourages and finds ways to work with, and help the pain I deal with everyday. Ryan is also a man of intergrity. I trust him in my family's home, and I know I can tell him things and they will stay in confidence. Ryan is a true gem among trainers. I feel very lucky to benefit from his talent and knowledge. Not only do I get a great work out, he makes me laugh with his quick with and humor, which comes in handy when the work out gets a little tough."
-- Alina Johnson

"I am Michelle Merica, a 16-year-old girl. I have been fortunate enough to have been training with Ryan Crandall for about two years. When Ryan and I first met, I was 5' 7" and 98 lbs. I had no muscle definition and constantly tired and weak. After about only two sessions with Ryan, I noticed a difference in not only my stamina, but also the way I moved. My movement became swifter, more graceful, and more confident. Ryan never pushed me too far, I had the choice of how far I could train. Yet, at the same time, Ryan constantly kept me motivated for a goal, to better myself and my health. He kept me motivated with kind words and encouragement. Not only was I motivated for a more healthy lifestyle, I was inspired by his personality and warmth. Ryan taught me how to train the proper way, not the easy way. He is incredibly dedicated because he plans a different work-out program for each of his clients to fit their preferences and what will also help them achieve the results they desire. Ryan will take the time to meet his clients on a personal level. I consider myself to be so lucky that Ryan was my first trainer and will forever be my only trainer. I now can incorporate everything Ryan taught me in my sports at school. As a volleyball player, Ryan continues to improve my jump and quickens my reaction time. Ryan knows what his clients want, and he does everything in his power to help his clients get what they want. After two years with Ryan, I am stronger and excel in volleyball. My body has also changed. I no longer have to rest every few hours due to exhaustion. Ryan has helped me in more ways than just training me in sports. When I first began my training with Ryan I did not look healthy and was self-conscious about my frail frame. Ryan helped me feel beautiful and healthy. He encouraged me to play harder in sports, something I may not have done if Ryan had not inspired me. He finds the beauty in all people and is accepting of everyone. I have benefited from Ryan by becoming a healthier and more confident person, but I also have become a better person just by his inspiration and outlook on life. He is a blessing in my life."
--Michelle M.

"I have been working with Ryan for over nearly two years, and since then have lost more than 80 pounds of body fat and gained at least 20 pounds of muscle. Ryan is one of the gentlest, most upbeat trainers I've ever worked with--it's really his personality that's so appealing. Ryan never sells out, but truly understands his clients in such a way that he can be as firm as he is compassionate. More than just a trainer, he's truly become a member of the family. And best of all, I continue to increase my fitness levels. I recommend him without hesitation."
--Adam F.

"I have trained with Ryan for 10 weeks. I had a badly twisted colon and a poor blood profile. Ryan put me on a effective workout program. My colon and blood tests are almost back to normal. He is a professional and a great motivator."
--Sandy A.

"4 months ago, I realized I was too big. The scale read 290 pounds, so I hired Ryan for help. Right away, I lost weight (70# in just over four months and 10 inches off my waist). This has been a great decision for me to train with Ryan, and I'll never forget it."
--Jeff C.

"Ryan has a talent for creating a program that keeps you going without discouraging you. The results come slowly, but steadily and they stick. My self image has been through such a positive change after working with him. I highly recommend Ryan for anyone who has ever given up on a exercise program. He can make it work."
--Rob W.

"My personal training sessions with Ryan have been exceptional. He is a good motivator and he keeps you focused on your fitness goals."
--Nick M.

"I was 60 years old, badly overweight and terribly out of shape when I started working with Ryan. My lack of conditioning was having a major impact on my life-style. After working with Ryan for several months, just twice a week for 30 minutes, I have lost fourteen pounds, knocked two inches off my waistline, and improved my aerobic conditioning to the point where I can tackle everyday tasks without feeling I am ready to collapse. Deciding to work with Ryan was the best decision I've made for my health in years. "
--Richard F.

"I wanted to let you know that whatever we did in our training sessions, it worked! For the first time in a year, I could put my shoes on without help. I could even reach my zippers. Thanks for helping me gain my freedom back!"
--Tiffani C.

"I have trained with Ryan for nearly a year and have experienced great weight loss and tremendous toning everywhere on my body. Ryan is extremely well read and puts great thought into his programs. He is knowledgeable in fitness, anatomy, nutrition and a very talented motivator. I am satisfied beyond my original expectations and look forward to continuing a long term relationship with Ryan."
--Pat K.

"I would highly recommend Ryan as a personal trainer. He is very knowledgeable about what it takes to get fit and fashioned a workout program based on my abilities and goals. Ryan is always available to answer all my questions and encourages me every step of the way. The results have been fantastic. I've lost and continue to lose weight and I'm on my way to getting fit."
--Sheryl B.

"Ryan, your fitness program for me is simple and effective. My goal was to lose some fat and gain some muscle, and right away the changes started happening. Your emphasis on core strength was new to me and helped shape my waist like I have never been able to do on my own. The simple equipment that you brought to my house increased my strength and endurance more than the 100's of dollars I spend on so-called fitness equipment. You are extremely knowledgeable and motivating, and this is exactly what I was looking for in a trainer. Your pricing is fair, and my results with you far outweighed any monetary value. I highly recommend you and thank you!"
--Matt H.

"My personal training sessions with Ryan have been exceptional. He is a good motivator and he keeps you focused on your fitness goals."
--Rob W.

"Ryan the most valuable lesson you taught me was proper breathing during exercise. Many of the exercises I have done before, but never did I feel my muscles as I do when I breathe as you taught me. I've learnt that proper breathing intensifies the workout 10 times. Since I can feel my muscles I am more aware of my posture and forever correcting myself. That's a good thing!! Thank You Ryan."
--Kathy B.

"Wow. Where does one begin. Before meeting Ryan, I was afraid to train. Sure, when I was younger I liked to work out, but then I had some major injuries and surgeries that caused me to rapidly decondition mentally and physically. I'll be honest, I was very apprehensive at first to hire Ryan. My doctor told me to not move my head and not to exercise for for 12 months after the surgery. My whole body was stiff and tight and I gained weight. We started very slow, and Ryan was always on top of my restrictions and pain thresholds. Over time I was able to do more and more. Heck, I never thought I would be able to lunge, squat, or even do a push up. I'm so proud of myself and my accomplishments. Ryan is encouraging, friendly, prompt, and certainly has a encyclopedia of knowledge in his brain and the way he trains. How else could I be more active than before with less pain? Thank you Ryan for your sincere efforts and patience."
-J.C.

"I've been working with Ryan for about a year now. He is personable and highly encouraging. Every time I want to quit he motivates me to continue on with my goals. There would be now way that I would have lost 45# since we've started without Ryan."
--Kristina B.

"I've been training with Ryan for 3 months now and I can only say good things about him. He works with you in a very professional manner and yet he has the ability to make it fun and challenging at the same time. I enjoy working with Ryan every single session. I think the key to sticking with a routine and getting fast results is to have a wonderful trainer like Ryan that makes it enjoyable! His great way of using an analogy to explain certain things makes it easier for one to understand his thought process. I think his personality is a big plus. He's a very likeable person. He's genuine. His is caring and thoughtful. He motivates you and makes you actually WANT to exercise so you can look and feel better about yourself. Ryan is a wonderful person to be around. To be able to enjoy the time you have with your trainer makes it so much more fun rather than thinking of it as another chore to accomplish. I strongly recommend Ryan as your personal trainer. He will definitely change the way you look and feel about yourself in a positive way!"
--J.F.

"Ryan has a great way of pushing you past any limitations with feeling like you're being punished. He was able to strengthen my body-but also my attitude and self esteem. There's nobody like Ryan Crandall (Desert Valley Personal Training".
--Diane C.

"I just wanted to say thank you. I know that I don't say it enough. You have truly changed my life in so many ways. Everything from how I breathe to my sex life and everything in between. I can see huge differences in myself and the overall quality of my life. I never knew change could be this fun. I think that you are amazing. You are like a scientist, doctor, and artist rolled into one. It still amazes me that you can 'sculpt' a person like you do. So thank you, thank you, thank you."
--Jackie D.

"I wanted a great personal trainer that could come to my home thereby giving me no excuse for not making it to the gym. I imagined that in my own home I could whine out loud and not have to worry about what I was wearing or if I had make-up on. All that became a reality when I was lucky enough to find Ryan. He took me through the basics and then added to and varied my workouts as I became stronger. I am never bored. Ryan has made me aware of proper form and working out in a safe manner. A session with him is a healthy stress reducer and it also makes me feed good about myself and the progress I have made. Ultimately, this is something that I do for me that adds value to my life."

"I'm writing to you because I'm so pleased with how my progress is going. I'm going through some pretty rough times right now and sometimes I feel that this stress will kill me. While I haven't been able to keep to a steady diet or able to work out as much as I'd like. I've managed to lose 13 pounds in 5 months. My husband was concerned about me being overweight and the enormous amount of stress on me that I might have a stroke, or worse, a heart attack. Being 45 years old, I thought I was doomed to diets that don't work or by-pass and lipo-suction. My clothes fit better and I feel a lot better about myself. Your kindness, concern, and humor have made working out a whole lot easier. Thank you for what you have been able to do and now I'm confident that I will reach my goal."

"I am a 53 year old woman that decided about 10 years ago to restart an exercise and fitness program that had lain dormant for about 15 years. I had made the common mistake of putting my family and my work before my own health, and as a result, transformed from being fit, toned and in-shape to being fifteen pounds overweight and quite flabby. In the past decade, I have worked with a number of different trainers in all parts of the country, but it was not until I met Ryan Crandall that I truly knew I had my own Personal Trainer. All of the others seemed to take a cookie-cutter approach, treating all of their clients exactly the same, and doing the typical exercise programs that one could follow on their own in any gym in the world. Ryan is completely different. It is difficult for me, after my experiences, to even place Ryan in the same profession as other Personal Trainers. He is beyond unique, beyond personable, and beyond effective. He truly gets to know the person he is dealing with inside and out. He understands the person's mind, body, strengths and weaknesses. He has multiple college degrees, and he brings his in-depth knowledge of the body into his specialized programs for each of his clients. Ryan has an innate ability to motivate and encourage his clients in a very quiet and genuine manner, without being the typical "salesman" that comes along with many personal trainers. He is one of the most authentic, real, honest, ethical, kind and big-hearted people I have ever met. I have now been working with Ryan for the past three years, and I cannot imagine ever working with another Personal Trainer again. No one can compare to Ryan Crandall. I recommend him to anyone and everyone. There is not a person in this world that would not benefit from working with Ryan. He will not only make you a more fit, healthy, secure person, but he will truly make your world a better place. He certainly has done that for me and my entire family. He has worked with my 19 year old step-son, my 16 year old daughter, my 14 year old step-son, and my 13 year old daughter for the past couple of years... and all of them think Ryanis truly the best person they know. They could never imagine our life without Ryan Crandall. We are blessed to have him in our world."

"To workout these days is difficult, whether you are busy with school, like me, or just too busy. Training all ages, Ryan Crandall has helped many people in his physical therapy and knowledge about athletic training. He has helped me in areas of agility and overall strength. If you want to be physically fit for a sport or to be secure with yourself. Ryan Crandall is convenient and will come to your house. As his motto is 'Lose weight and Quit the Gym' he really means it."

"On 12/28/06, I had a partial hysterectomy after being very ill for 8 months. I was at my highest weight ever and was basically miserable. After being medically released, I sought out a personal trainer to get me started on a healthy exercise routine. In February 2007, one week before my 43rd birthday, I started training with Ryan. We train twice a week for 1 hour sessions and after my first session, I was pretty convinced it would take me forever to lose weight much less gain any strength. I fell on my face with one push-up and couldn't even keep my balance doing one lunge. Four months later, I have lost weight, have 100% more energy and strength, can do several push-ups and can do at least 2 sets of lunges (forward and sideways)! Ryan has used his gentle, persuasive, professional knowledge to keep me motivated and looking forward to each workout. He has designed a training program that I am able to work with every day with significant results. My experience with Ryan has been life-changing and has uplifted my spirit to achieve greater results with my physical well being."

"I feel privileged to work with Ryan as a colleague. There are few trainers in Las Vegas who can match his level of commitment toward his client's greatest good, continued health and repeat business. As a Fitness professional myself, I often reference his experience with diverse populations - everyone from teenagers to seniors - to improve upon my own skills and also to keep me on my toes. In an ever changing fitness environment, it is essential that your trainer work within his area of expertise to make the most of your time and your session. Ryan's background as a former PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant) blends well with his ongoing research into the art of personal training beyond textbook - as practice. He works to provide not only the best personal training has to offer at present but also for your future. Expect no fad diets or other gimmicks in his program. Give him the opportunity to train you at home and you will get more done for ‘exercise' than your body has ever imagined. "
