*Basic body weight strength assessment
*Fall risk assessment and balance testing
-Basic program with homework to get you started for you to work on at your own pace and time.
-Communication with Ryan via text, email, or phone call as questions arise
-Discounted future training sessions
*Single Assessment session with consultation takes approximately 60 minutes.
