This is a quick video for those who have lost the ability to stand on one leg and want to be able to do this again. Please remember to do this in a safe place and/or have a spotter. Of course, standing on one leg is not the only parameter for how well one can "balance". With that said, it is one parameter and a common one for most of us who have lost the ability to stand on one leg.
